When you have low-to-zero libido, it’s difficult to be in your body in the moment because your mind is busy racing off at a million different tangents. Anxiety joins the party. Negative thoughts turn into self-limiting beliefs. And before you know it, low self-esteem, poor body image and relationship problems can make things seems pretty hopeless.
