On Clarity we have created a range of packs to help you find what you need easily. Here is a little about what you will find in each pack.

Introduction To Mindfulness

Introduction

We have created an introduction to mindfulness pack that takes you through the foundations of mindfulness step by step. You can listen to a track daily to help you get into the habit of giving yourself permission to stop what you’re doing and practice being mindful.

 

Mindfulness

Mindfulness

The mindfulness pack has a range of mindfulness sessions that help you become aware of your present moment. The range includes traditional mindfulness sessions like body scans, awareness sessions, emotional rebalancing and helping you with focus. We have silent mindfulness sessions that are 3, 5 or 10 minutes long if you would prefer to practice without guidance.

We also have a session called InstaCalm to help you if you need instant calming or are suffering from a panic attack.

 

Breathing

Breathing

Sometimes you just need some help to focus on your breathing. In this breathing pack you will find sessions ranging from 1-5 minutes that help you reset your breathing and your thinking.

 

Apple A Day

Apple A Day

When your hormones are fluctuating you can sometimes feel unwanted symptoms like hot flushes, nightsweats and generalised nausea or fatigue. In the Apple A Day pack you will find help for some of the symptoms you may be feeling.

 

Background Sounds

Background Sounds

For times when you would like to nap, relax or practice your mindfulness without guidance we have created a series of background sounds to help you get to your moment of pause. These tracks can also be found as background sounds to any of your mindfulness sessions.
