The brains behind it all, Becks has dedicated her career working towards improving the lives of women of all ages and in all situations. She created Clarity to create awareness and support for the issues that uniquely affect women as they get ready for and go through menopause – at whatever their age.

As an experienced COO in high-growth tech startups in London as well as having trained as an acupuncturist, Chinese medicine, mindfulness practitioner and doula, Becks combines operational excellence with a deep understanding of women.

Becks has a passion for improving the lives of women as well as their families.  She believes with the right access to support, education and information, women can make a real improvement to their lives.

Beginning his career as a sound engineer, Mike has helped to rock crowds at festivals & shows in places like Phoenix, Reading and Glastonbury. After working with some of the greats like Super Grass and Elton John, he eventually moved his focus to print design. His love for the creative development industry only grew as he began working on web-based platforms. As a developer, he has worked for brands like Deloitte, Channel 4, and BBC. Mike loves addressing tech issues as the only “tech” person in the room, & figuring out new ways to get things working efficiently.

Murray helps behind the scenes with Curious Fu – and occasionally a little more front of house when recording mindfulness sessions. Once upon a time he was a radio newsreader and journalist for organisations like BBC One. These days, he helps companies like HSBC with their websites and apps. We hope you like his unmistakably Scottish accent.

Nina is one of our new voices on Clarity. She has trained in several different styles including meditation, yoga nidra, dynamic mindfulness and writes and records her own sessions. Nina is also a yoga teacher and loves going for walks with her dogs. You can find more about her on her website.

Sasha is all thing brand and design for Clarity. Having worked for big names like Starbucks, Lululemon and Stella and Dot she has an eye for upcoming trends and how to reflect that for our audience. She has a passion for women’s health and a real interest in how mindfulness can help women in their every day life.

Jason is a Sound Designer and Re-recording Mixer. Coming from a musical background having taken part in recording sessions at Abbey Road and composed music for film, Jason is a specialist in sound to picture, and everything in between. He’s worked across the platforms of film, advertising, music videos, documentaries, online media and branded content.

Matt has worked in the publishing industry for 25 years. He has been the Creative Director of Marie Claire Australia, lectured in illustration at The University of Western Sydney, and his work has appeared in magazines around the world, from Women’s Health to Home Beautiful. He is also the author and illustrator of  a variety of children’s books, including the best-selling Macca The Alpaca.

He lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife and two children (One of them, founder Becks Armstrong helped to deliver)!
