Do you ever get the feeling that you’re all up in your head and you trip over things or bump into things?
We have created this month’s new mindfulness sessions on Clarity for this very reason – it’s called Grounding.
You can find a 5 and a 10-minute Grounding session in the Mindfulness Pack on our Clarity app.
When you’re feeling overwhelmed or anxious, it can cause a brain fog where you’re not feeling like you’re in your body. If you need to concentrate at work but find you just can’t, by listening to Grounding it will give you a quick time-out to help you reset and help you get back to your busy day.
In the Grounding session, we move through the body slowly and gently to remind you of your hands, shoulders, seat and feet. Bringing you back into your body in a 5 or 10-minute session will help you feel like yourself again.
By giving you some quiet time to think about and explore the different parts of your body, you stop the busy-ness in your head to slowly allow your mind to become calm.
